Chickamauga Elementary School is located south of the Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park in Chickamauga, Georgia. The campus is part of the historic Chickamauga area.
The school has a warm and caring climate with a home-like atmosphere. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with old oak trees and blooming flowers.
Almost five hundred students attend Chickamauga Elementary and the school is staffed by about fifty employees. The school presently has twenty-nine classrooms, media center, cafeteria, and gym. The students have specialized classes in art, music, and physical education each week.
A supportive, safe environment is provided to help nurture each child. The students are encouraged to grow intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally.
