2010 season updates
Nov 6 Camilla Loggins finished 21st out of 220 runners at the state meet in Carrollton.
Oct 28 Camilla Loggins posted a time of 20:20 to capture the girls' individual title at the Region 6-A Championships at Darlington.
Oct 19 Camilla Loggins was the overall girls winner at the Murray County Invitational at Fort Mountain. Wayde Morrow, Bo Cass, and Will Jacks led the boys.
Oct 2 Gordon Lee competed in the Darlington Cross Country Festival and saw ten of its runners set personal-best times. Jameson Mullinax, Will Jacks, Wayde Morrow, and Harlley McDaniel ran new low times for the Trojans while Camilla Loggins, Kassidy Blevins, Emily Lockhart, Emily Shoup, Sarah Cash, and Holly Afman set new PRs for the Lady Trojans.
Sep 30 Fourteen GLHS runners had personal-best times at the CCCL meet at Woodland Park. The Trojans were led by Jameson Mullinax, Will Jacks, Wayde Morrow, Ethan Lee, and Jeremiah Cass, while the girls were led by Camilla Loggins, Kassidy Blevins, Emily Lockhart, Emily Shoup, and Sarah Cash.
Sep 23 Camilla Loggins finished 12th to help the Lady Trojans place 15th in the River Ridge Invitational. Kassidy Blevins, Emily Lockhart, Emily Shoup, and Sarah Cash also scored for GLHS. Wayde Morrow, Will Jacks, Jameson Mullinax, Ethan Lee, and Jeremiah Cass were the top five finishers for the boys' team.
Sep 16 The Lady Trojans defeated nine teams while the Trojans defeated four in a CCCL meet at the Chattanooga Riverpark. Camilla Loggins, Emily Lockhart, Kassidy Blevins, Sarah Cash, and Emily Shoup were the top five finishers for the girls. Jameson Mullinax, Wayde Morrow, Will Jacks, Ethan Lee, and Jeremiah Cass were the top finishers for the boys.
Sep 9 Camilla Loggins finished first in the Northwest Whitfield Invitational at Edwards Park. The girls also had top-15 finishes from Emily Lockhart and Kassidy Blevins. Wayde Morrow, Will Jacks, and Jameson Mullinax all placed in the top 25 for the boys.
Aug 31 In the season-opening meet at Heritage, the Lady Trojans defeated five teams while the Trojans topped four other squads. Camilla Loggins, Emily Lockhart, and Kassidy Blevins led the girls' team, and Jameson Mullinax, Wayde Morrow, and Will Jacks led the boys.
