2004 season updates
April 20 - The boys' team fell to St. Francis 4-0 in the Region 6A tournament.
April 19 - The girls' team lost to Galloway 3-1 in the Region 6A tournament. Molly Colvard recorded the only win for Gordon Lee.
April 15 - The girls swept a pair of matches, beating Murray County and LFO. Ashley Nettles, Amanda Browning, and Molly Colvard won two singles matches each, and the double team of Sara Stansell and Savanna Cornelison won two doubles matches. The boys defeated LFO but lost to Murray County. Nicholas Gibson, Adam Crutchfield, and Daniel Watts won singles matches against LFO. Watts rallied from a 7-2 deficit to win 9-7 and clinch the match.
April 14 - Both teams lost to Trion. Amanda Browning and the doubles tandem of Megan Afman and Kara Durham were the only winners for Gordon Lee.
April 1 - The girls team lost to Northwest Whitfield 3-2. Amanda Browning won in singles and Molly Colvard and Sara Stansell won in doubles for the Lady Trojans. The boys fell to the Bruins 5-0.
March 30 - Both teams lost to Dade County by 4-1 scores. Nicholas Gibson picked up a win for the boys while the doubles team of Molly Colvard and Sara Stansell won for the girls. The Lady Trojans dropped two matches in tie-breakers.
March 26 - The girls split two region matches, beating Temple but losing to Bremen. Amanda Browning, Megan Afman, and Kara Durham picked up singles wins for the Lady Trojans against Temple. The doubles team of Molly Colvard and Sara Stansell also won against the Lady Tigers. The boys team fell to both Bremen and Temple.
March 23 - The boys team was defeated by Dalton 5-0. The girls fell to Dalton 4-1. Amanda Browning was the only winner for Gordon Lee. The Lady Trojans lost two matches in three sets.
March 16 - Both teams were defeated by LaFayette. The boys lost 5-0 while the girls fell 4-1. Ashley Nettles picked up the Lady Trojans' only win, a 7-6, 5-7, 6-4 victory at #1 singles in a 2 hour 55 minute match.
